With Magnus Home Improvements, the first step in creating a floor plan is the free, on-site consultation. At this time, one of our experts will learn of your needs for the space and take measurements so we can recreate your room digitally.

We’ll also ask you about your priorities for the project as these can affect the design. For example, if your priority is to stay within a certain budget, we can offer designs that keep costs down. On the other hand, if you have a specific floor plan layout in mind, we’ll give you a free estimate for the work to see your vision become a reality. Or perhaps you’re on a tight deadline and need your project completed within a certain time frame. We’ll suggest the best design to get the project done quickly.

We’ll take the information we have to create a custom for plan for your project. Once we have created a floor plan design, we’ll bring it to you for editing or approval before moving on with a formal estimate for the cost of work.

The complexity of the floor plan will determine the cost of producing the initial design. We will make any adjustments needed free of charge.
